Processing Time All items are handmade with care. Please allow 1β3 business days for processing before your order ships. During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing may take additional time. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via USPS. Estimated delivery is 3β5 business days after processing.

- Rates for orders under $35 are calculated at checkout
International Shipping We ship to 25+ countries worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Carriers include USPS, DHL Express, FedEx, and DHL eCommerce. Estimated delivery times vary by destination.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.
Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24β48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.
Returns & Refunds We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at shopdexavenue@gmail.com β please do not send items back without prior approval.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and approving the return. The following items are non-returnable: custom/personalized products, sale items, and gift cards.
